A consultation is a professional service that includes an onsite meeting with you and any decision makers to discuss your expectations and project needs. During this visit, we gather all necessary information to prepare your quote, including measurements, photos, and videos.
After the consultation, our office prepares your detailed quote and sends it to you via text or email. You will see a line item showing a credit for the paid consultation fee applied toward the total project cost. Please note that the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Some quotes may include a hand-drawn sketch when applicable to the scope of work. If your project requires a 3D design, blueprints, engineered plans, or surveys, those items and their associated costs will also be included in the quote.
